Regular visitors may have noticed that last year we refreshed our well-known logo and launched a new website.

The website showcases our latest projects, the sectors we currently operate in and more importantly gives you more information about our team – whose knowledge and expertise make the company what it is today.

We have included detail on our values and how we operate as a company; we strongly believe that qualities such as clear communication, mutual respect and good humour help create successful relationships among our employees, clients and collaborators.

Earning the trust of our clients and the people who work with us is at the foundation of what we do.

Our expanded company profile shows the growth of Thomson Gray since 2004, when we began as a quantity surveying practice employing only four people. Today, with offices in five locations, we employ 75 property and construction consulting professionals.

We now provide a wide range of consultancy services including project management, building surveying, health and safety, CDM and principal designer – as well as other key statutory and advisory roles including contract administration, expert opinion and construction quality management.

Our projects section gives you a sense of the dedication, detail and expertise that go into each piece of work that we are involved in.

Thomson Gray undertakes complex projects, which require the highest technical standards, ranging from advanced healthcare facilities to large urban developments and commercial office blocks to notable historic buildings.
