Health Care Development of the Year

The National Treatment Centre – Highland has been named Health Care Development of the Year.

The National Treatment Centre – Highland won the prestigious title at the recent  Scottish Property Awards. The awards celebrate public and commercial developments throughout the country and include hospitals, schools, community centres and universities. 

The new build state-of-the-art healthcare facility provides orthopaedic and ophthalmology services to patients in Inverness and surrounding area. Thomson Gray were appointed at the project initiation stage back in 2016 successfully managing a large multidisciplinary team through to completion. 

The design process was a collaborative experience, with input from clinical teams and patient representatives to maximise the user experience and help expand the country’s hospital-based diagnostic and treatment capacity.
