Private Health Innovative Centre, Shawfair

Thomson Gray is providing quantity surveyor services and post contract administration duties for a new private health innovative centre for the Genus Medical Partnership. 

The new centre for excellence in women’s health and fertility will provide specialist knowledge and expertise to women, and their families. The proposals aim to develop a building that provides both fertility and dental clinics, linked by a central feature atrium and entrance. 

The clinic will have a co-location with other health facilities, with the Spire Shawfair Park Hospital immediately to the north and a new David Lloyd Club proposed to the south.
