Ooni office refurbishment at Lomond House

Thomson Gray has completed an extensive internal refurbishment of two floors of Lomond House in Edinburgh for Ooni – the home pizza oven brand.

The refurbished ground and first floor spaces provide new office and amenity facilities for over 150 staff including a large open plan working area, dedicated breakout, huddle and meeting room spaces, quiet rooms, executive offices along with extensive staff welfare, cooking and eating spaces. 

New breakout spaces and work areas have been created, including single and group meeting pods, which help enable flexibility of working and collaboration between teams.

Thomson Gray provided project management and quantity surveying services working closely with &More Design Consultancy, CJA Consulting Engineers, Christie Gillespie Consulting Engineers and MPACT Group.
