Mountain Bike Innovation Centre

Planning permission has been secured to renovate Caerlee Mill in Innerleithen to create a new Mountain Bike Innovation Centre. 

Thomson Gray are providing quantity surveying services, working alongside architect Oberlanders, Morrison Construction and Hub South East Scotland.

The Innovation Centre will preserve an important building for both the local community and for Scotland’s industrial heritage, allowing companies to develop innovative products and services, and be able to train and test athletes within the mountain biking and cycling sector.

The project is being delivered by South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE), alongside partners Edinburgh Napier University (ENU), Scottish Borders Council (SBC) and supported by the Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal.
