Stuart Deans
A senior associate, Stuart leads our health and safety and CDM team. He has over 25 years’ experience delivering principal designer, health and safety services, and CDM 2015 advice to both clients and contractors.
Stuart has a proven track record of successfully providing principal designer services and working closely with our clients to ensure that all parties fully understand their roles and responsibilities under the CDM 2015 (and other health and safety related) regulations.
He has been involved in major projects up to £100m and has experience across all sectors, providing CDM services as well as H&S services to clients and contractors.
Stuart is responsible for all aspects of the provision including advice, training, policy development and implementation, and site audits with clients, designers, and contractors – to ensure regulatory compliance.
He is a registered CDM practitioner (IMaPS) and a chartered member of IOSH. Stuart has previously been elected to the Scotland East regional committee of the Association for Project Safety and is currently undertaking his Level 5 Diploma in Fire Engineering Design.
