Scott graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2020 with first class honours in quantity surveying.
He has worked on various forms of contract including SBCC and NEC in which single stage, design and build – and negotiated procurement routes – have been adopted.
Scott obtained chartered status in 2024, through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
