Phil graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with an honours degree in quantity surveying in 2010 and has gained experience working as quantity surveyor, employer’s agent, contract administrator and project manager.
He has worked in several sectors including housing, leisure, factories, commercial offices and large-scale civil projects. His strengths are organisation, problem solving, attention to detail and working with a positive approach.
Phil is currently working towards his chartership status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
