Nick Faulds
Nick is an associate with over 10 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor. He has a wealth of experience in managing costs, contracts and procurement for public and private clients across numerous sectors including both new build and refurbishment projects.
Nick studied at Edinburgh Napier University, where he gained an honours degree in quantity surveying. He completed his RICS chartership within private practice in 2018 before joining Thomson Gray in 2020.
He is experienced in carrying out the role of employer’s agent, has significant experience in both JCT/SBCC and the NEC suite of contracts and in 2021 achieved NEC 4 project manager accreditation.
Nick is a key member of the internal quality management team and a qualified RICS APC assessor, helping to lead the Thomson Gray APC training programme.
