Martin is a chartered building surveyor with over 6 years’ professional experience. Based in our Glasgow office, he joined Thomson Gray in 2022.

Martin studied at Glasgow Caledonian University, where he gained an honours degree in building surveying.
Within the practice he is a key member of the building surveying team tasked with carrying out a range of mandates that include dilapidations, contract administration and pre-acquisition stock condition surveys. He is registered with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to carry out drone surveys.
Martin’s strengths are communication, problem solving and attention to detail.
In 2024, he attained chartership status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
