Laurence Casserly
Laurence is a director within our project management team. He has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has represented clients at each stage of the project lifecycle.
Laurence has successfully delivered refurbishment and new build projects across the public and private sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure and healthcare.
He is experienced with JCT, SBCC and NEC Forms of Contract and has recently completed a masters degree at the University of Strathclyde, where he graduated with distinction in construction law.
With a professional, effective and focused approach to project management, he ensures that client requirements are fully understood and that project teams work together to deliver on agreed objectives.
Laurence has significant experience with the strategic business case processes to secure investment for healthcare projects and the delivery of these investments from approval through construction and into the operational stage.
