Kenny Fleming
Kenny is an associate with over 20 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor. He has a wealth of experience in managing costs for public and private clients across numerous sectors.
Kenny studied at Glasgow Caledonian University, where he gained an honours degree in quantity surveying. In addition, he has a masters degree in construction law and arbitration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He completed his RICS chartership in 2012 within private practice, where he successfully led major whisky expansion projects before joining Thomson Gray in 2019.
His experience includes utilising all the major contract suites and procurement routes. He has worked on several new build health facilities, higher education, commercial, civil and infrastructure projects.
Kenny has achieved the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence; he provides professional advice and opinions on construction disputes and Quantum both to our clients and to the legal profession.
