Ken Fraser
Responsible for overseeing our Glasgow office, Ken is a regional director and has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He joined Thomson Gray in 2018 having previously worked with the firm as a consultant.
Ken graduated as a quantity surveyor in 1983 and since then has developed his skills advising both public and private clients on a variety of projects.
He was elected a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1986 and a member of the Association of Project Management in 1995.
Ken has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction industry and works cross-discipline helping all sectors of the business, but particularly in setting up multidisciplinary teams through our lead advisory service.
He has recently concluded a temporary secondment to the Scottish Government, where he headed the Construction Procurement Policy Unit, sitting on the Museum Delivery Committee for V&A Dundee. Ken continues to sit on the National Galleries of Scotland Major Capital Programme Committee.
