Ian MacGregor
A director with Thomson Gray, Ian leads the project management team and is a member of our strategic board.
Ian is a chartered project manager with over 15 years’ professional experience. He has worked throughout Scotland in a wide range of sectors and notably on projects in education, healthcare, housing, aviation and civils ranging from £100k to £250m.
He is both an NEC3 and NEC4 certified project manager, who has a proven track record in the delivery – on programme and to cost – of complex and challenging projects both in urban and rural environments.
His experience combined with strong leadership and team working skills makes Ian an ideal project manager. He has proven project management techniques and provides strong guidance on programme, cost and risk, always seeking to deliver best value.
