Duncan Scott
An associate with over 10 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor, Duncan is based in our Glasgow office. He has a wealth of experience in healthcare, in addition to working in range of sectors.
Duncan studied quantity surveying at Edinburgh Napier University before undertaking a masters in construction project management at Heriot-Watt University.
He joined Thomson Gray in 2013 as a graduate and completed his RICS chartership in 2017. Duncan is experienced in both pre- and post-contract and accredited in both NEC3 and 4 contracts.
His expertise in healthcare has seen him working as project surveyor for various boards including NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, NHS Lothian, NHS Highland and National Services Scotland – he successfully manages costs on both refurbishment and new build projects.
Duncan has also successfully completed projects within the retail, higher education and infrastructure sectors.
