Catriona MacDonald
Catriona is a building surveyor with several years of experience. She is based in our Edinburgh office and provides invaluable support on projects including schedule of dilapidations, condition surveys and contract administration.
With a degree in building surveying from Edinburgh Napier University, Catriona is working towards her MRICS accreditation to gain chartered status.
Catriona’s expertise and experience have made her an essential member of the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the Scottish Central Belt and Highlands and Islands.
Her skillset also includes maintenance planning, specifications and tender preparation, conservation and restoration, and acting on behalf of landlords in the production of terminal schedules of dilapidations.
Catriona’s project experience ranges from conducting surveys and composing schedules of condition for tenants to overseeing high-specification internal fitouts and leading projects involving roof replacements, external cladding replacements, and damp inspections.
Her wealth of knowledge in building pathology and defect analysis allows her to provide tailored remedial solutions to clients.
